Help with recording a drive, reviewing your trips, exporting records, and using OdO Plus.

Email OdO support

Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, OdO version, what you expected, and what happened. Include whether you were using manual recording or phone auto-tracking.

Please leave sensitive trip notes, exact routes, and personal addresses out of your initial message.

Set up automatic tracking

  1. Open OdO Settings and confirm OdO Plus is active.
  2. Enable Phone auto-tracking in OdO.
  3. In iPhone Settings, allow OdO Location access to Always. Enable Precise Location for route capture.
  4. Return to OdO and check capture readiness before your drive.

Automatic capture depends on permissions and device conditions. Review each trip afterward. You can use manual logging while troubleshooting.

Review your trips

Use the review queue to choose Business, Personal, or Ignore, check the recorded route and distance, and add a purpose. Saved places help make familiar destinations easier to recognize. You remain responsible for the final classification.

Export your records

Finish reviewing the trips for the report period, then open Reports. CSV export is available without Plus. PDF reports require OdO Plus. Use the iOS share sheet to choose where to save or send your export.

Restore or manage Plus

If you have an active subscription, use Restore Purchases in OdO with the App Store account used for the purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings under your Apple account’s Subscriptions. Current prices and terms are displayed before purchase in the app.

Share a diagnostic report

If support needs more detail, you can generate a diagnostic report from OdO Settings. Exact route points, addresses, and notes are excluded by default. Check what the report includes before choosing to share it.

Looking for your mileage?

This website is the companion site for the standalone OdO iPhone app. Mileage records are managed in the app on your device. No website account is needed.

Compatibility

OdO requires iOS 17 or later on iPhone. It records mileage through your phone and works independently of your car’s make or model. Background location can affect battery life. Phone auto-tracking and PDF reports require OdO Plus.
